Take photos with 3D art, and more, at Westgate

ARM yourself with your camera and head down to Westgate to snap photos with the 3D art donning the floors of the mall this month, or have your picture taken at the digital photo kiosks at the newly launched Social Wall.

The Social Wall, the latest addition to the mall's courtyard on level one, allows you to share your photos with your social circle online instantly with the uploading devices on site.

Participants can also leave their mark on the wall with a mere flick of a finger.

Running alongside these two activities is the mall's Art Meets Fashion event. Displayed on level one are art pieces, by the Raffles Merchandising Institute, which shoppers can vote for by spending at least $10. Doing so will give them the chance to win $200 worth of shopping vouchers.

Meanwhile, if you spend at least $80 from now till Sunday, you can redeem 5,000 STAR$, which can be exchanged for CapitaVouchers. By increasing your expenditure to $120, you will get a sure-win turn at the mall's digital game kiosk.

You can also redeem a $10 CapitaVoucher by charging at least $180 to your DBS CapitaCard, or $200 to your DBS or POSB credit or debit card.

What if you are looking for a day of family fun? Well, you can take your little ones to the mall's fantasy-themed playground or have them enrolled at free Kids Club workshops.

The theme for next month's workshops is sushi. Kids will be taught how to make, roll and shape three types of sushi, which they can take home for their siblings and parents.

The workshop sessions will be held every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, at 12pm, 2pm, 4pm and 6pm. Registration is done before the start of the sessions, with each limited to the first 30 children.
